Teradyne's VICTORY boundary scan toolset is a user-friendly graphical software package that creates IEEE 1149.1 boundary scan tests and fault diagnostics. It includes tools to create Virtual Interconnect, Virtual In-Circuit, Boundary Functional, and Virtual Component/Cluster Test functions. Fault dictionary diagnostics provide precise fault diagnostics for complex component clusters. When used with Teradyne's LASAR simulation tools and the Boundary Scan Intelligent, these diagnostics can be easily incorporated into Virtual Component/Cluster Tests.
